This means that you can work wherever you see fit, whether it is your own house, or in another country while traveling. GRAD4 will provide you with whatever you need to set up your home office.
The only metric that counts is whether you can achieve objectives set by the company and the teams for themselves. If you can do so in less than 40 hours per week, do not sit around simply because it is the full-time employment threshold.
We assume that all employees within the organization do their best, improve themselves and make GRAD4 thrive. There is no clock-in clock-out, the salary is negotiated yearly, and you can work any time you want. However, you need to make sure that you reach your objectives.
If you find yourself working over 50 hours weekly to meet your team’s objective, this is not normal. If you work more because you genuinely enjoy your work, then great! However, excessive work time needs to be flagged and reported so that we can improve the situation.
If you need to take a break, you should take a break. An unlimited vacation days policy means that we will not keep track of how many days off you are taking during the year. Do make sure you inform your team for them to organize accordingly.
This means that we actively encourage all employees to seek to improve their skillsets. It is much better to take some time “off” to study and own a skill so that you are more efficient afterward than to do the same thing over and over again.
